Welcome to the Lancashire Black Police AssociationThe Lancashire Black Police Association is a voluntary organisation within Lancashire Constabulary that has a number of important roles both as part of the Constabulary and as part of the community in general. We aim to assist Lancashire Constabulary in its strategic thinking on all aspects of race, and seek to promote diversity and good race relations internally and externally. We also strive to improve the working environment of black staff employed within Lancashire Constabulary, and to this end, we provide a support network for all BME staff.
